The ASIC increases fees.

From the 1st of July 2013 new fees will apply to the ASIC fee structure. The pre and post 1 July 2013 fees can be found on the ASIC website in Information Sheet 30.

New common fees affecting clients include:

- Annual company review increase by $6.00 to $236.00
- Business name registration:

  •  1 year increased by $3.00 to $33.00
  •  3 year increased by $6.00 to $76.00

- Voluntary deregistration of a company increased by $1.00 to $37.00
