The ASIC increases fees.Written on the 25 June 2013 by Macmillans Waller Fry - Accountants From the 1st of July 2013 new fees will apply to the ASIC fee structure. The pre and post 1 July 2013 fees can be found on the ASIC website in Information Sheet 30. New common fees affecting clients include:
- Annual company review increase by $6.00 to $236.00
- Voluntary deregistration of a company increased by $1.00 to $37.00 For further information please download the ‘Fees for commonly lodged documents’ form from the ASIC website.
