Mark Bates JP, BCom, CA, Registered Tax Agent

Director

Mark is a Director of Macmillans Waller Fry - Accountants and has established relationships with clients in various industries including transport, mining,  retail, wholesale, manufacturing, professional and medical services. He takes a hands on approach to providing well thought-out solutions for clients to improve their business and help them achieve their financial and lifestyle goals.

Mark is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Registered Tax Agent, Justice of the Peace and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his young family and a social game of golf.

Warren Jeffries JP, BCom, FCA, Registered Tax Agent

Director

Warren is a Director of Macmillans Waller Fry - Accountants and works with many local businesses to assist them build their businesses and achieve their personal financial goals.

Warren is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Registered Tax Agent, a Registered Auditor and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle.

He is also a registered financial planner and is a representative of the Madison Financial Group. Away from work, Warren enjoys spending time with his family and working in the garden.
